Tuna cheese roll lagi



Blm selesai khatam pinky. Kali ini edit gambar. I thought only me was excited w this pinky, Mr E pong. Sanggup pi low yat cari accesories pinky. Me pun tak tau ada cable that can connect pinky to pen drive.. Now pergi kelas suda eksyen. Blh buka notes kat pinky.

Okay back to my promise stlh me try test few dough recipe, me rasa this is thhe best... Ambik dr blog CMG. . me double his recipe & kurangkan sket air and the recipe as below:-

Resipi dough roti (jadi abt 1 kg dough)

240ml air
20g susu tepung
Sebiji telur A
500g tepung roti
40g butter
100g gula caster
1st garam halus
1/2st bread improver
1/2st bread softener
1 pack yeast (11g)

Masukkan semua dlm Bread maker ikut urutan. Onkan tunggu siap.. Dah siap keluarkan dough tumbuk2 buang angin... Kalau lembik sapu papan pencanai (lebih senang guna marble top) dgn butter, jari2 pun sapu butter or oil pastu canai kejap blh bentuk2kan. Perap 45 mins pastu sapu telur atas or hias pastu bakar 20-25min. Tarraaaa ..... dah blh makan roti panas.

Adunan diatas me dpt 9 bun yg me timbang 70g dough each msk dlm loyang 9 x 9 dan 10 rolls mcm di atas. Utk bun, just bulat2kan susun dlm loyang. Utk roll sila ke page ini on how to roll. .. Blh buat tuna, cinnamon, or anythg u like ikut cretivity masing2.

Lastly... Harap dgn pinky me akan lbh rajin menulis.....
