Todays breakfast - grilled beef pepperoni with vege


Salah satu azam tahun baru me is to eat healthy and kalau boleh nak get myself and Mr E tapau homecook food to office.  Selain dari amat menjimatkan, we can control what we eat.  Alhamdulillah Mr E is not a 'cerewet' type of person when it come to food, and now due to his latest health condition, he has to control the food he take.  When his blood pressure shows slightly below critical level, i do tapau him soup only and of course with small quantity of rice.  Now that his BP level turns to normal leaving only sugar level to be controlled .. kena la variety sikit kan? Kalau tak nanti tak pulak merasa nikmat air tangan sang isteri yang mithali ini .. hehehe

Mr E prefer simple breakfast, senang bagi  gardenia multigrain bread with sunflower seed tu and margarine and also ready pack no sugar oats .. and for lunch, normally we cook extra either curry, sambal  or soup for dinner and freeze some in the freezer, morning just panaskan jer .. add with simple peria goreng cili or ikan/ayam goreng, and for afternoon tea, he will normally eat balance of bread tu, coz selalunya balik for dinner sangatlah lambat.  Our dinner also takdelah banyak two to max three dish (at least satu berkuah) cukuplah coz only three of us (including maid) yang makan.  Our little Luqman "must" have curry or sambal .. so maid akan ensure Luqman's meal memang ada every day.  Kalau me terlambat beli groceries, me will ensure the sardine 'mesti ada'.  For Emergency .. Luqman tak boleh kalau takde kuah gravy.

As for me, sebab office dekat dan masuk lambat (masuk awal pun balik lewat jugak kan .. so bila ada option masuk lewat - flexy hour nie gunakan sebaiknya) .. kadang2 sempat juga me mengerjakan dapur tu .. i.e the above breakfast and my lunch today ada grilled beef ball ... hohoho beef day.  Tak susah pun .. campak semua dalam oven naik atas siap2 nak gi kerja .. turun bawah tarra siap & pack.

I will slot in some entry on the tapau menu, simple dinner idea for working mum for the benefit my kids in future.  Kot2 husband minta masak yang simple2 bolehla belek blog mama .. yer anak2ku ...

Uish .. terbanyak pulak membebel today ....

  3. Sekarang memang kena menjaga pemakanan especially bila umur makin meningkat. Tapi kita ni dah namanya orang Melayu, kalau takde kari, sambal rasa macam tak kena pulak.

    Rinna .. now kitaorg dah masuk tahap 'ter'paksa jaga kesihatan

    Hazila .. me pun sama .. tapi now kena restrick weekend only .. weekdays ada gak sambal for lunch .. selalunya peria goreng berlada
