body dah start selesa dgn this diet, pagi2 lagi dah cari buah

buah blm basuh for bfast & snack
...
bahan2 yg sama dgn sup tapi masak mcm paprik
for lunch
...
and
my dinner
cabbage soup - hari ni main campak all ingredients pastu rebus
& kailan steam with sos tiram
opps lupa japanese tea, kesian dia dah lama terperuk dlm cabinet
...
tak sabar nak tunggu esok, banana & milk day
