My Cabbage Soup Diet - Day 5

DAY 5
meat(protein) & potatoes
can eat meat or fish or tofu (vegetarian) and have to take 6-8 tomatoes
...
ada masalah di sini coz me tak brp suka tomato
& me borderline gout, so kalau boleh tak leh mkn tomato byk2
but you never try, you never know
..
bakar kat dlm non stick pagi tadi
stock kubis dah habis, so no cabbage soup today
..
my bfast:
2 grilled tomatoes (sedap rupenya)
lunch:
half salmon
sup tomato (me buat 4 biji - tapi tak sedap)
snack:
fresh tomato (pun sedap)
dinner (burrp.. baru selesai):
ayam bakar (ini makan kat kedai & tade gambar hehehe..)
..
hmm esok .. lebih kurang hari ni, just add more vege

  1. Shariz skrg ni pun suka makan grilled foods....grilled tomatoes tu mcm sedap je dengar...hehehe...boleh la nanti try.....untuk snack, ME boleh ambik low fat yogurt, sedap jugak....kat tesco extra ada sale :)

  3. Shariz, dlm 7 day menu tak de yogurt, cuma day 4 blh ambik susu. fruit juice pun tak leh. Tunggu minggu depan me minum puas2

  4. seminggu jer lady tak dinasihatkan buat forever coz diet ni tak de carbo .. nak cuci lemak2 degil me dulu, pastu start menu harian biasa, tapi dah bersusah payah seminggu ni, sendiri mau ingat la bila nak makan esok
