pergi gym
..

eat a lot of fruits & veges
..
kurangkan tgk tv
..
sleep early
(cantiknya tidur.. ngantuk rasa)

  2. kak... saya pernah borak dgn dr pasal bersenam ni. dia kata kita ni suka sgt cari alasan. katanya kalau ke ofis, naik tangga barang 3-4 flight atau park keta jauh2 sikit dr ofis and take a brisk walk for 10-15min, atau beli tali skipping tu, boleh buat dalam rumah. ribut petir pun buleh buat. thinking back, he was right. kita ni kdg2 macam2 alasan. nway, gud luck!

  3. Itulah pasalnya Ummi .. nak kena buang virus M tu hehehe. My case now bcome serious coz dah consider obes kalau kira BMI .. tu yg tak leh nak relax2 lagi .. further age factor .. lagi la kena buat betul2
